Morning all :)

Enjoy your dance Cruiser :)

WW is on today so I'm going in to help out, as per usual. Mick is still off until Wednesday, but B has gone into work. Tonight will be a quiet one for us, we might well see the NY in but we'll play it by ear ;)

Have a good New Year's Eve everyone :)

Morning Cruiser, Kaz and everyone

Gorgeous morning, bit chilly still, but will warm up later.

General pootling for us this morning, will give bending over and weeding a miss today - my back told me so

Meeting friends down at the bar this afternoon and we'll be tucked up in bed and asleep by 10.00pm 8-) 8-)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Enjoy the dance Cruiser. It's a quiet night for us too, kaz and Jan.
Off soon to our daughters. She's having a rough time with a sick husband and a baby who woke up every hour last night.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it's very dull and dark here but no rain. My usual gym class isn't on but I am going to pop in there anyway and do a 30 minute workout of my own. I also need to post a letter and get some fruit and veg to tide us over till our regular supermarket shop on Wednesday. There is ironing to be faced too :o We possibly (probably  ) won't make it to midnight, we rarely do, so Happy New Year everyone!

Happy NYE! :D

We've got no plans, not fans of NYE. I've got a GP appt this afternoon, I'm still quite poorly with this cold bug thing, I've not stopped coughing for over 2 weeks and my temperature is up and down, feel awful. Had a crap Christmas really, I just survived on paracetamol and barely slept. We went out to the local park yesterday for a bit of fresh air, I'd not been out since Friday and that was only to get supplies in. Then we were invited to my sister's for our tea - she'd made Sunday dinner with pork and apple sauce.....as well as a gorgeous home made blackberry crumble with custard. I did manage to eat a fair amount of it but we left at 7.30! We'd gone for 5 so it felt like we'd just eaten and gone. Tom's at work today but I have a day's holiday in, thankfully. Back to work on Wednesday. Maybe.

It's dry and sunny here, we've been very lucky with the weather over the holidays x

Afternoon all, what a lazy pair we are, we've had a lovely long lie in :D

Dull and overcast here.

We did think about booking something for tonight, but much as we like celebrating in style decided it would be a lot to spend as neither of us are able to do any dancing right now. We'll definitely stay up and open a bottle of bubbly, we're rarely in bed before 1am anyway.

Wishing you all a Happy New Year.

Good afternoon all, Happy New Year!

I was up just before 6 to make sure that Joe had breakfast before he started work at 7. He's now home and fast asleep on the sofa. John joined me on Bill's early walk and we were home before the sunrise! Shannon was up when we got back, she was getting ready for their day in London, they've gone by train and will be back at around 11pm.

We're just going to have a Chinese and watch some TV this evening. No doubt we'll be trying to calm Billy down at Midnight when the fireworks start.

I'm now just waiting for a couple of Amazon parcels to come - one for me and one for Joe.

Crommers, I hope your son in law is starting to feel better xx
