No Vic.

We live in a representative democracy where an MP represents all constituents without fear or favour and not just those who elected them - the majority.

But I see what you are doing, still making out that the referendum was done on a constituency basis. It was not. It was a national poll with all votes going in one hat and all, supposedly, equal.

Agreed WM, MP's should represent their voters and the will of their voters.

But, then again, what about those with near 70% Leave votes and voting for remain...….

MP's. More Reprobate than Representative and less Representative than the vote which elected them..

It will drag on. Next step.. Plan B in 3 days.

As expected, the DUP propped up the government and all Tories stood with the government.. Stalemate.

Sorry Suff, I did not say the will of their voters I said the will of their constituents, all of them, and I was very clear on that. The two are not the same.

Unless MPs get up and ask all of their constituents who are eligible to vote what their will is they will never know what it is as there were no constituency counts. The figures being used for 'constituencies' are extrapolated from the local counts.

My fault WM, I did mean their constituents when I said "Their voters".
