Ah Ria, windows!

I use a thing called Rain-X. It is a water repellent for the outside. The glass has to be spotlessly clean before it is applied, but once done it is a simple wipe on - wipe off. It also helps to stop frost from welding itself to the windscreen. It lasts about six weeks before re-doing.

On the inside I have always had problems with condensation forming overnight during cold spells. To help prevent that I use rain-x anti fog. It is another wipe on - wipe off application and works a treat.

I am not a rep for rain-x btw, I just use it because it works.

Harry just messaged me, he's passed his probationary period at Sainsbury's, so has a permanent job now! He's chuffed to bits, and so am I :Hi: :Hi:

I shouldn't have ignored feeling a bit off yesterday - I've got a temperature and shivers, so instead of Pilates tonight it's an early night for me, to try to shake it off

Oh Kaz what fab news re Harry!!! Well done that man!! Sorry to hear you're feeling below par, hope it doesn't get any worse xx

I've had a fab day!! :D :D

Aquafit this morning of course, always a fav start to the day, and a LOOOOOONG catch up chat with Anne, my bestie there, not seen her for a proper chat for weeks, so we didn't leave till 1pm! :D I'd left the house at 9.15   (had a grocery shop done before class this week) Boy we can talk!!! :D

Dropped the groceries at home, change my shoes, had a wee, and then back on the road into town. I'd spotted an interesting informative talk and walk round the city, regarding crime and punishment in the 1700s onwards, so popped along for that. Really enjoyed it, it was well attended (and free!!) by all sorts of people, of all ages, got chatting to a couple of nice ladies from Sunderland who had come along - couldn't have been better weather conditions, bright sparkly winter sunshine and calm - just gorgeous. Finished about 3.30 so I nipped for a latte and a toasted teacake (my lunch!!) before heading home.

I'm having ten minutes and then off to do liver and onions for tea, changed the sheets on the bed and hoovered so I'll have a soak later and then watch this weeks Silent Witness tonight as Tom's going to watch dog racing (not my cuppa tea).

Have a great evening all xx
