That's lovely Ria, I very well remember my Mom taking me to see her visit Walsall on my 8th birthday in 1977. I wore my birthday presents; gold dangly flower earrings that my Grandad had bought for me and the gold signet ring from my parents and felt ever so fancy (I still have them all).

We have a photo of my mother talking to the Queen.
My father was a member of the Royal Forestry Society and they held a meeting at Windsor. The Queen came and my mother said they discussed cacti for several minutes.
She is a wonderful lady.
