I just said how I'd watched the first one and how much I'd loved it, and how beautiful the dog was :D

We'd have watched them all last night, I made John watch the first one as soon as he got home but he was supposed to be going out with neighbours so I said I'd watch the rest with him another time. He sat around waiting until 9ish to see what was happening, one messaged to say that he was going out with friends tonight so decided not to do two nights in a row and the other two (including the one who'd organised it) didn't reply. He was asleep by 9.30.

We've just spent half an hour, looking for a short level, that Grumpy was convinced some-one had pinched

We looked in his workshop twice - each - in the wood store, in the water cupboard, in the pump room, in the new, soon to be built store room and then down in the battery store.

I even looked under the beds

It has to be with the long level he said, which is on the left in the store room. I always put them together, so I know where they are :? I looked again, moved various brooms, rakes and there it was - nowhere near where he said it was  :cute:

But I now have the mirror and tapestry up in the new bedroom :Hi: :Hi:

:( I've just had some sad news in the post. Our neighbour of 16 years at our old house has died, her daughter sent a letter to let us know as we'd kept in touch with her Mom since moving. Joan was a lovely lady, we whiled many an hour away chatting over the fence with her and her husband Alan. He only died a couple of years ago too. She always said that she wished we'd never moved away.

I've got stripey feet :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

I tried volteren and then deep heat on my thigh, nothing touched it.

Sat outside, on the front terrace and put shorts on, to get some heat into my leg. Had to put sun cream on  as my legs were going a shade of pink

And so I now have slightly tanned legs and feet - apart from a strip where the flips flops where
