Good Morning Wednesday

Morning everyone

Another lovely morning and hopefully, another rather warm day 8-)

A quick dash into Ourique this morning and then back out again. We-ll only stop at he big Chinese shop and Pingo. It-s Porco Alentejana week, so won-t be able to get into Ourique anyway  Oh and we need to order 300 blocks, as Grumpy wants to make a start on the new store room. They will probably arrive this afternoon, so they will have to be trundled down the garden in the wheel barrow. Think that will be my job

More gardening this afternoon

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all! It's sunny and mild here :D

I've just got back from walking Bill, or rather he's just got back from walking me; I always let him off his lead as soon as we get onto the common and just follow him. Now I'm getting ready to go shopping, I'm aiming on getting the 9.15 bus to Stafford. Tom's in work at lunchtime and then tonight he's off to Shannon's before they go to Sussex with her parents tomorrow. It's her uncle's 60th birthday this weekend and they're having a party for him. Amanda stayed last night so Joe will take her to Stafford at lunchtime as she has college this afternoon, he has work this evening.

Have a good day all!

Morning you two

Not sunny here!!! but then no rain either so that's OK :D

Jo, every time you talk about your boys and their girlfriends and I feel really old.... it feels like only the other day they were still at school etc; time is flying by so incredibly fast. Enjoy the shopping
Jan, take it easy with the blocks; your poor back!!!

Another lovely usual / usual for me. Although I sit here at work and ponder all the things I want / need to do at home and I just wish the days would go quicker and we had more weekend days.

Have a good day everyone xx

Morning all :D

Dry but dull here at the moment.

Take it easy Jan.

I'm off to have a blood test later this morning. Apparently last August (my GP didn't bother to tell me) I was referred to Ingeus for a course for people with pre diabetes. Obviously things have moved on from then, but because I'm back in the pre zone, they still want me to do the course. There will be four 90min sessions followed by monthly meetings. Today it's just the blood test.

Have a good day :D

The bricks have arrived and Grumpy rather annoyed, as they re having to take them off by hand  In this heat :cute:

I'll be trundling them down in a wheel barrow

Bought a pair of work trousers in the big Chinese, lots of pockets, washes easily and only 8.50 :Hi: :Hi:

Might be a trip down to the bar this afternoon - thirsty work

Afternoon everyone :)

We're having a chilled out last day of our holiday! Late brekkie, then after I thrashed Harry at pool (again  ) Becky and I walked down to have a proper look at the Biosfera shopping centre 8-) I bought a great red loose red T-shirt in Zara, and a pair of navy and red palazzo style trousers :D Contemplating a swim now 8-)

Then we walked back via the local huge Lidl - it's been very useful having that close by 8-)

This time tomorrow we'll be on the plane home!!

Love to all :) xx

Goodness, Kaz, that week has flown by :o Afternoon all, it was a gorgeous Spring morning but has clouded over now. Today I had something done for the first time in my life - I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted! There were so many white hairs that I almost looked as if my brows had hairless patches. They look a bit dark now but I know they will settle down, I’ve already made an appointment to have them redone in a month’s time. The gym has a beauty salon too, so I got them done there before my gym class. Then off to the cafe for a cuppa and chat. I’ve had my lunch and shortly we will go and do the supermarket shop.
