Good afternoon everybody,

Mrs.e is doing well. Just walking in the house witha zimmer frame. No real pain. Will have the clips taken out at home by a nurse on Saturady. So no more trips to the hospital. She is now taking severaql different tablets to help her recovery.
Still bruises on her legs from the fall. They are slowly disappearing.

The PC developed a fault on Saturday. So took it to a local computer reapir shop on Monday. Picked it up agin on Tuesday and is now bak to normal. Only charged £10.00 as it did not require any new parts, just resetting all the programmes.
Out tomoorow to see if we can get a Disabled Parking permit.

Osc, I did consider a watch (they're lovely aren't they - which one did you get?) but then realised that I can't remember ever seeing her wear one! She's not a girly girl, our Ruth, so jewellery was out too

I didn't know if she'd like one of the picture purses (although I've been very tempted!!) but thought this plain one was a nice colour. I'll get her a bottle of Champagne off the lads, she's Joe's Godmother and a very good friend to us all so she deserves spoiling

Ria and Jo, I got her some pretty silver earrings (she likes earrings) and a mug that says "Crazy Cat Lady" as she has three cats and adores them

Jo, that purse sounds wonderful. Em's daughter works in fashion buying, and worked for Radley last year, so she has a very nice collection of Radley bags and purses
