This no drinking lark

Grumpy has very kindly joined me in not drinking, whilst I'm on anti-b's. (apart from Saturday, when he made up for it )

He's lost 2 kilo's, I've stayed the same

But, we've gone through 15 litres more water than normal

I'm going to continue for another week or so, maybe a month. Just so I can say I have done it Might have a couple of small beers on Sunday, before the bbq though

I'd like him to lose at least 10 kilos, but he'll be happy with 5 In fact, he needs to lose about 5 stone, not 5 kilos

Me? Only about a stone, but if I lose too much, my face looks like a sucked out maggot
