We're supposed to have thunderstorms and showers today, but at the moment, we have a lovely blue sky and wall to wall sunshine

Cooked breakfast as a treat this morning, leftover spuds fried, with eggs and chicken sausages

Grumpy will be cleaning the pool later, even with the cover on, all sorts of rubbish has got under neath and it's a mess.

I have some ironing to do andif it'sstill dry later, more weeding.

Not quite Kaz. it was 20C on the surface yesterday, I would like a couple more degrees before I get in.

MrsC to her dad's shortly and a hospital visit this afternoon. I have a bit of correspondence to do and a new bird table to put up, the old one is dropping to bits.

Was doing quite well, but my hip is a bit sore this morning. We'll need to stock up with fruit and veg tomorrow so taking it easy today.

Afternoon all, it is quite a miserable day today, although it has stopped raining for the moment. It’s cold too. I’ve been a busy bee today, two loads of washing done, soup made, and I’ve been to the gym. We are going to the cinema this afternoon to see Wild Rose, and Edward wants to go to a hardware shop on the way, so we will go soon.

Good afternoon all, it's been a busy few days!

We went into Birmingham yesterday and decided to have a nosy in the brand new enormous biggest Primark in the World which opened on Thursday. It seems that half of Birmingham had the same idea I shall go back once the new school term starts

I think we're going to Ikea tonight, we decided the other day that we could do with some new sofas and an armchair for in the main living room and haven't yet found anything we like so we'll try there.
