What a day

Postby JanB » 16 Apr 2019, 16:56

Went to the centro de saude this morning, to be told no doctor  :o either go to Castro Verde, for the urgencia or go back in the afternoon, to see Dr Paulo

As the petrol tanker drivers are on strike and fuel is very limited, decided that going to Castro was too far. Did the Chinese for bits and bobs, then Pingo and back to the dentist to get the stiches removed. Dentist on holiday  so the nurse did it.

Whizz home, some of the shopping put away, most not  and off I go, alone to the centro de saude. Bear in mind that his clinic opens at 2.00 and I normally get there at 12.00 and I was fourth

But now have powder anti/b-s :Hi: :Hi: for 2 days rather than 8.

Had a phone call from a friend, who is in England, his wife was on her own and the car alarm kept going off, could Grumpy sort it.

By the time I got home, it was time to go to Jackie-s, got that sorted and both said...………

Beer time

Down at the bar, then Mitchell turned up, so cue more beers

I hadn-t made the bed / had stripped it this morning and Grumpy "didn-t know" what sheets to put on

That-s now done and I-m having a glass of red wine, before I do the potatoes for dinner and reeeeeelaaaaaxxxx 8-) 8-)

And I-ve obviously forgotten get t he English keyboard and fings aren-t where they should be

On the plus side, Molly is just abut back to normal :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

I take it the -s instead of 's are because of the keyboard. ;)

At least the evenings are lighter and you can sit out in your mittens, bobble hat, scarf and big coat and chill out - 'scuse the pun. :cute:
