We've lit a fire

Was lovely this morning and I got all the washing dry

Then it clouded over and we went outside this afternoon, with a beer and watched the thunderstorm, lightening over the hills down to the Algarve, wishing it was here

We now have our wish, as we're circled by black/blue clouds We can hear the thunder almost non stop and the lightening is fantastic

Grumpy's attempt at lighting the fire has almost died a death, but we need it, it's blinkin' cold Got me long cardi on, over a jumper and t-shirt

That was a lovely lot of rain - stair rods for about 10 minutes

Now gone back down to the Algarve

And I rescued the fire by putting white sugar on it

Jan it's been so warm here now it feels cold if just put the heating on for an hour
