Ally, hope your bonkers day goes well, especially the drinks xx
Enjoy your men in lycra Saundra xx
Jan I have an ironing Everest too
Shopping with D in a while, then I might just tackle that ironing Pilates tonight, still no Em though as her leg is still too sore. She's starting physio, so hopefully she'll be back to it soon.
Ally good luck with bonkers day 2 and enjoy the beers at the end of the day Kaz and Jan; don't overdo that ironing. Saundra, what a perfect win/win situation - you get the gravel and neighbour helps you spread it in exchange for a bacon sarnie and cuppa and some gravel - my kind of deal. That's what neighbours are about
It's my nephew Thomas's 16th birthday today; time is just flying by. He's grown into such an amazing kid who despite the challenges that life has thrown at him has done such a fab job. He really is such a pleasure to spend time with (although he will yak the hindleg off a donkey and bore you for hours with his favourite topic if you let him )
Bossman from the US still here (last day) so still a bit busier for everyone and I'm just keeping heads down and to myself. A few company drinks after work but won't be a late one.
Sunny but nippy still here; had a teeny tiny bit of rain yesterday but no where near enough for anything really; more expected this evening hopefully.
Morning all, it is dull and cool here. No children today as we looked after them on Monday. We’ll do the supermarket shop then I will spend time organizing clothes for our holiday - I know it is more than a week away, but I need to check if things need washing, and also have a root around the more summery clothes still in the attic. I’ll put on a wash of heavier hoodies and sweatshirts so I can put them away. Shortly I’m going to the post office to take out some money and also load up our sterling card, as we will be spending a night in Southampton before the cruise. I feel a list coming on
Weekly shopping day for us, M&S and then Tesco. Later this afternoon I have another Ingeus session, can't say I'm looking forward to it, but I missed the last one so feel I ought to go.
