Good Morning Thursday

Postby JoM » 09 May 2019, 06:40

Morning all, it's pouring down again (still). It was forecast to be dry until this afternoon!

Billy hasn't had his walk, it was hard enough to get him out into the garden this morning  I'll be getting the bus to Stafford shortly, but I'll wait until the 9.15 as that's usually too late for the college kids but too early for the twirlies :P

Have a good day all, love to Ally and the family xx

Morning Jo and everyone

Misty and damp start  We had some rain during the night, not a lot, but that means we don't have to water the garden this morning.

The wet has scuppered our plans for the day, so we'll have to find inside stuff to do. I'll make a curry anyway, for Saturday and we'll pop down tothe bar later. Need to take a load of recycling down and see if our licences have arrived yet.

Love to Ally and family xx

Hope Crommers isn't to jiggered ;)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning.

Been out for a run....always good for me.

It's 24 degrees here already so another scorcher on the cards.

Going over soon to collect a few things relating to mum.

Still need to book return flights for the end of next week and check in for tomorrow's flight.

Michele and Mark are driving back to France tomorrow so late afternoon we're going out with them and meeting up with Stanley and Ryan.

I've updated the F & R board. xx

Morning all :)

Jo, I'm blooming sick of the rain here! The forecast for the weekend and next week is much better! :D 8-) "Twirlies" made me giggle - still wish I'd got my blooming bus pass on my 60th though, then I could have been one :P ;)

I hope you have a good "rainy day" Jan xx

It's Thursday, so supermarket shopping with D this morning, then home to the ironing this afternoon, and some catch-up telly while I do it ;) I'm quite enjoying Classic Corrie at the moment, Bet and Alex running The Rovers, Mavis and Rita in The Cabin, the Duckworths, so good compared to the current nonsense.... ;)

Love to everyone (((((x)))))

Ally, exercise always helps me too. In my case a good brisk walk always sorts my head out, so I totally get that. Wishing you all a good flight back to Scotland and the very best for the week ahead. You a ands your family have been constantly in my thoughts all week - much love ((((((((x)))))))))

Morning all

(((hugs))) Ally - agree with Kaz; exercise (well for me gardening) is my head clearing time. Safe travels for tomorrow to all of you xxx
Jo, Kaz and Jan enjoy your respective days

Usual / usual for me today. Met up with a friend after work yesterday and got home later than planned; not ideal but hey ho .... :D

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all, it’s raining again :x Children today, I’m looking forward to seeing Michael and hearing all about the Liverpool match, although being a 9-year old boy, getting information from him will be like pulling teeth  Better get moving, lots to do!

Exercise works for me too, walking or dancing, dancing has got us through a lot.

Morning all :D

Dull and wet here, just had heavy rain

Glad everything went as well as they could yesterday Ally xxx

Weekly shop for us, M&S and Tesco. Won't need a lot of fresh stuff, but still got a few bits to get for the holibobs. Just hoping the rain holds off long enough for us to get in/out of the shops.

Have a good day :D

A hard stomp does it for me, clears the head.

Still mizzly and windy, but warm at 22C

All the kitchen cupboards have been cleaned out and the outside too and a rather hot curry made too   Might have to cool it down a little

Waiting for the grout to dry in the shower before I use it and then we'll head off down to the bar.

Safe journey to your sis and family Ally and for you all tomorrow, if you're off early.

And I keep thinking it's Friday :? :?
