Good Morning Friday

Postby JoM » 10 May 2019, 07:31

Morning all, it's not raining - yet!!

Bill's had his walk, the washing is out to dry and some chemical stuff is cleaning the oven.

Al, I hope you and the family have a safe journey. It'll be another difficult day I should imagine, my love and thoughts are with you all xxx

Have a good day all!

Morning Jo, morning everyone

Another dull, grey morning :? quite warm, but just dull  Supposed to be 24C and sunny

The washing can be done this morning and I'll head out to the bank and weed.

We were going to Beja this morning, to renew our temporary driving licences, but the civil servants are on strike, so it will have to wait until Monday, When they have run out

Safe journey to Ally and family xx And yes Jo, another difficult day for them

Have as good a day as you can everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all.

Jo you put me to shame - I'm up, but that's as far as it goes ;) Better get off my bum and load the washing machine ;)

Jan, I hope it warms up! xx

It's sunny here, and warm enough to open the patio doors, just about 8-) I'll be out for a walk in a while, then I have plenty to do here later. The floors need a good mop and hoover, after all the rainy days this week.

Ally, wishing you all a safe flight back, and my love and thoughts will be with you over the coming days ((((((x)))))

Love to all xxx

Morning all. Thoughts and vibes to Ally.
Dull and grey here but it has stopped raining atm.
Shopping in a mo, then looking for a new lamp for the living room.
Have a good day everyone whatever you are up to.

Morning all and happy Friday

Adding my thoughts and vibes to those being sent for Ally and family - a difficult day indeed :(

Grey here with the sun trying to poke through. Usually it's lovely and sunny first thing when I get up but then as the morning goes on it becomes overcast and dull. Would be nice to have a lovely sunny weekend ;-)

Sounds like today is a day of domestic chores for most - enjoy (well as much as one can)

Have a lovely day all xxx

Afternoon all :D

Bit dull here today, but so far no rain.

Safe journey to Ally and family xxx

We were lucky yesterday, it absolutely bucketed down while we were in Tesco, they had to close one entrance because it flooded :o the noise as it came down on the roof was thunderous. Thought we'd get soaked going back to the car, luckily it stopped just as we were paying. Even managed to drive home before it started again.

Not a lot happening here, got some washing on the go and that's about it.

Have a good day :D

Afternoon all, sorry not been around lately, we have been away this past week on our annual trip to the Lakes :)

It's been great as always, sad to have to leave this morning.

Off for a scout round to see what's been going on in my absence >>>>>>

Oh, I ache

Grumpy decided to re-do the grout in the shower - about time too :cute: :cute: :cute: - so I couldn't do the vacuuming and mopping.

Headed outside instead and the bank is now grass free :Hi: :Hi: I left the pretty wild flowers and weeds, but got rid of the not so nice one's. The sheep are loving it  It's quite a steep bank, so a lot of being careful not to fall down was being taken ;)

The sun has been out every now and then and dear me, that's hot  But it's mostly cloudy with a stiff breeze and I feel cold. Just put a cardi on top of my sweater shirt
