Morning everyone

Another hot day, the last for a few days, at least. Back to near normal temperatures tomorrow

Done the watering and will go to Ourique after breakfast, for our normal weekly run around. Hardware shop, small supermarket, centro de saude to drop of a couple of prescription requests, then the chemist and finally Pingo for the weekly shop.

Will pit stop at the bar on the way back for a coffee and will then do not a lot, apart from getting in the pool

Sunny here too. In a moment we're off to take FiL for his eye appointment, I'm not sure what is happening after that.

It's sunny here too but a bit closer than yesterday, the forecast is good though I have a GP appointment at 10, just routine for my skin, then this afternoon I'm going to The Range with D, as she wants some cucumber plants and B&Q didn't have any yesterday. Not sure they'll have any either, a garden centre would probably be a better bet, but we'll see

Another bright and sunny day

Well we're up extra early. Pretty much sorted, just got to slot my make up bag (E says it must take up most of my weight allowance lol) back into the case and do all the last minute things like checking the windows are locked etc.

We're being picked up at 11.30 this morning, our flight isn't until later this afternoon. I'll have my tablet and phone with me so should be able to check in here from time to time over the next two weeks.

Afternoon all, I don't know where the time has gone to this week!

I've walked Billy and shopped this morning, I'm about to walk him again before it gets any warmer.

Joe's just been to have his ear syringed. The nurse didn't manage to clear it all and told him to go back in five days. I asked when his appointment was and he said he hadn't made one as he didn't know where to go to do it. He's been there enough times when I've made follow up appointments at the reception, which he'd have walked past on his way out. I despair, I really do! He's got another think coming if he thinks I'm going to lose an hour or two of my life calling for an appointment for him.
