I’m posting from the woods, back home soon to cut John’s hair and then we’re going out for breakfast.

Have a good day all xx

Morning everyone

We had the most gorgeous sunrise this morning :D :D Stunning colours :D Hoping for the warm day that was forecast and no wind too.

Will make the favas, now I've got everything I need, we'll have some tonight. General pootling for us although we are going into Ourique this afternoon.

I need to change my library books and as the recycling bins by the bar are full, we'll take all of ours into Ourique. Need some cash too, as I spent it all on Thursday

Will have a beer or three on the way back.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :) Sounds like everyone has nice plans, so far :)

I am really looking forward to seeing family this weekend, but I feel really ropey, sore throat, slight fever - impeccable timing   Ploughing through.....

Love to all xxx

Keep going Kaz!
There is a wedding in the village this morning. You couldn't wish for a better day to get married on. Sunny, blue skies and a light breeze.
Shopping in a mo, taking MrsC to visit her aunt this pm.
Have a good day all wherever you are.

It went well Kaz. She's just changing from two naps a day to one and MrsC took her to see the ducks in the park, which she loved. :D

Hope the cold doesn't drag you down too much Kaz xx

Lovely Crommers :D :D

That's the favas done - I've also split the bacon and sausages and they're now in the freezer.

And sorted out Grumpy's new phone. He's got an awful ring tone but wants to keep it

Quite warm now, might head into the pool if it's warm enough 8-)

Evening all, we headed into town early this morning as we had stuff to get in Argos, but they were not available in our most convenient branch. Had to bring the car, can’t remember when we last had the car in town instead of going on public transport. We collected the Argos stuff and then had what was intended to be a short potter around the shops but ended up being a good bit longer! Edward got some summer shirts, a dress shirt and two cotton jumpers, and I was looking for an inexpensive evening dress. I got one that is not quite an evening dress, and a fab full length one in TK Maxx for the princely sum of €28! We were tired when we got home, but Edward made a batch of muffins, then we took two pizzas from the freezer for dinner.
