Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 26 Jun 2019, 05:03

Good morning.

A more acceptable 39 degrees today.

A walk, a swim and then lazing by the pool. Sounds boring but at the moment it's perfect for me. :)

Have a good day everyone.

Vibes for Nannapat. xx

Enjoy the warmth Ally.
A quiet night last night, no more of our neighbours seem to have hit the ground at a rate of knots.
Soon we will be taking FiL on the Aldi run, then I need to look for a new yard brush. It's full on rock-n-roll here, y'know.
Grey here but the rain seems to have stopped.
Have a good day all.

Morning you two - Ally, we're expecting a hot Saturday but no where near the temperatures you're having. But I so can't wait - I just love it!!!!
Crommers, don't overdo that excitement at the prospect of a new yard brush :D :D :D

Well a lovely usual usual for me, got a few bits and pieces I need to do here at work to prep for my two weeks off, but all seems to be in hand (for now LOL). I'm so ready for two weeks of no commuting.

Have a fab day everyone xxx

Good morning all!

It's dull but not raining, well...there's a bit of drizzle still but the heavy stuff has stopped.

I've just walked Bill and now we're off plant shopping at Penkridge market.

I'm dreading the high temperatures at the weekend. 20 is high enough for me. Could be worse though, I could be Tom. Our pale and red headed Tom flies to Morocco on Saturday :? armed with Factor 100 (I kid you not!).

Sending my very best wishes to Nanna xx

Crommers I first read that as you taking your father in law for a run  Have fun with that new broom!

Have a good day all!

Morning all :D

Started off dull and overcast, the sun's trying to come out now, but the temperature was definitely down first thing.

I wasn't aware you could get F100 either Jo. Sounds as though he's being very sensible, as we know well, you really can't be too careful.

The physio has decided although my hip movement is very good, the muscle needs more strengthening...…….something I've been saying for months!!! It's not easy, the minute I slightly overdo it I'm back to square one and in pain. I've been scheduled for aqua treatment, first session next week. She's put me in for 4 sessions and then a review.

We're off to the cinema later, seeing Toy Story 4, ridiculously excited :D :D :D

Have a good day :D

I didn’t know about Factor 100 either, although it’s something we’ve often joked about needing.
It’s by Neutrogena and he got it from Amazon, I think he said that it’s imported from the US.

Afternoon all, it started off dull and cool this morning but the sun is coming out now. There is a north east breeze though, so it is not really warming up. This morning we read through the Power of Attorney form and told Miss Osc to go ahead drawing it up. I’ve been to the gym and had the cuppa and chat afterwards. Had my lunch and now I have a baby present to wrap and post. I also need to clean the bathrooms and do the household filing.

Afternoon everyone :)

Jo, the highest factor I've seen is 50, but that's brilliant for redheads! :D 8-) I hope he has a great time :)

Ria, I can imagine just how much you're looking forward to that time off! I only did the London commute for a little while, many years ago, but hated it :? :cute: xx

Ally, taking it easy is very sensible in that heat! xx

Crommers, I'm glad it's quitened down a bit - do you know if the girl is ok? xx

Saundra, why not indeed? Must be handy for household goods 8-) xx

Jen that's great news about the aqua therapy, I really hope it helps :) xx

Osc it makes a lot of sense to get stuff like that set in place well before it's needed. D has set it up between her and Mick, only to come into force if and when.... 8-) xx

It's grey here today - no rain, and not cold, just blah! Like Ria I am longing for this warm weekend we're promised! Been to see D, after my walk into town. Humming and harring about zumba - not sure I'll bother, feeling a bit headachey, most likely the close weather!

Xx
