Good morning.

37 degrees forecast today which is acceptable after the past 4 days.

Don and I are getting the bus into Malaga and we're going to walk right along the east coast. Fresh sardines at a beach chiringuito for lunch is a definite. It's one of our favourite walks, we haven't done it for ages and I'm really looking forward to it.

Many kms will be walked so a well deserved beer in Jose's tonight along with a campero takeaway as cooking is a no-no.

I have exciting things to do, like try and wash a bedspread in the shower it's too big for the washing machine, we don't have a bath, so the shower it is Will drape it over 2 saw horses so it can drip dry

Also making a couple of fish pies for Grumpy, one for tonight, one for the freezer. And doing other stuff, ready for our visitors on Monday

It's a beautifully sunny morning here. D rang earlier, Aunt Jen is just the same, not conscious yet. Will update on the other thread. Am meeting my friend Trish in the Quays at 10.30 for a quick cuppa, but playing the rest of the day by ear.

There is a breeze which means the temerature is not high as forecast.
Going to see the doctor this morning I had a blood test in May when one of the reading s was high. Hopefully another tablet will have reduced the reading.
Will walk down as the car park is always full.
Ally We have walked along the front when we stayed in Benalmadena. Lovely traffic free promenade.

Taking FiL to his eye appointment shortly, if he is up to it. He was a bit off it yesterday so we'll have to see. After that shopping and a salad tonight.
It's grey here but not cold, supposed to warm up this afternoon.

Jan, I shouldn't but at the mental image of the bed spread being washed. Next time you're down at the Chinese shop maybe get a large plastic tub then you can use that going forewards?

Morning all, hazy sunshine here but there doesn't seem to be much of a breeze which is good. It is Kellie’s playschool sports this morning, and her last day ever in playschool. Thankfully they don’t do that ridiculous “graduation” thing. So I will not go to the gym but will meet up with the others in the cafe afterwards. We plan to go dancing this evening, but that is always flexible.

There are a couple of large washing machines in Pingo car park, Saundra, but it's the waiting and the laundry, well, she's never there Like the curtain lady

But done now, it'll be dry by tonight

Just need to do the final clean tomorrow and make the favas on Sunday and I'm ready
