We have had cloud cover most of the day and it is very muggy.

It looks as though it will stay around 18ºC tonight, but with humidity at over 80% I feel a restless night coming on.

We managed 36C, which is okay. Any more than that, I don0t like.

But just getting into the pool made us both feel much better.

Grumpy finds the heat makes him tired now, so he had a snooze this afternoon - I headed to the pool

We've left the cover off tonight, as the water temperature was getting too hot - 31C is like getting into a bath with your cossie on

My Tesco delivery came but they've not been able to send the chilled and frozen stuff though as the fridges and freezers packed up in the Stafford store where the deliveries come from, got to hope that the ones in Hednesford are working (I'd text Joe but his phone will be in his locker) when I go later!
