Morning Cruiser and everyone

Started out lovely, with a blue sky, warm breeze 8-) Now the black/grey clouds are coming down from the north  but still feels warm.

I've done the watering, so Grumpy can get on with the roof tiling. He doesn't need my help, as I've already moved all of the tiles near the door and he can just bend down and get them himself

Not sure what I'll be doing - menu planning probably - Mrs Organised Knickers    and if it stays warm, head for the pool this afternoon.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

My problem is if I get a private plumber and pay which I could housing association won't repair in the future and the water meter keeps going round Yorkshire water are saying it's ok if it's mended within a month it's water just dripping into the bowel all the time problem that I don't need have a good day all

Merry morning all

Cruiser, have a lovely day and enjoy the dancing this evening
Jan, your weather really is beyond bonkers! Hope you too have a lovely day whatever you end up doing
Saundra, that's bad that they can't give you a proper date for the plumber to come. What would happen if you were working - you can't be expected to take a whole week off just sitting around waiting? At least the dripping water, as annoying as it is, can be used to water the garden if needed; but still... I'd be back on the phone asking if they can narrow down the date. Do you have a water meter or do you have a flat rate for the year?

grey skies and dull here in London and a rather nippy wind again. Summer so far really is struggling this year... I managed to be outside until 8pm yesterday but then the wind was just so nippy that I had to go inside :(

Have a lovely day all x

Ria, there's a whiff of early autumn here :(

It's about to rain here  Usual Tuesday stuff on the cards, a walk into town then up to see D at lunchtime. I hope it won't pour down  :cute:

Enjoy the dancing Cruiser. Jan, your weather is a bit nuts. Kaz and Ria we are still in summer here, not much hint of autumn yet. I hope the plumber comes soon for you Saundra.
We need a bit of shopping and this afternoon MrsC and I are going out for a pub lunch. It's our anniversary - 36 years today. My God, talk about time flying!
It's fresher here today, sunny but breezy. Have a good day all.

Morning all, it is a dull morning here, and there was some heavy rain during the night. As soon as we are ready we will head off to Wicklow, stopping on the way at a particular shop to get some lunch and buy a few goodies to bring with us. Back late tomorrow.

Congratulations and happy anniversary Crommers! Enjoy that pub lunch - you and Mrs C certainly deserve a few hours of quality "just the two of us" time. xx
