Last weeks guests obviously complained about the dogs, this week's one's also

Dogs now moved to the other field - makes you wonder about the mentality. Move dogs when people complain, put them back. move them, put them back

Got to love the Portuguese police :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

When I rang last night, they couldn't come out, as they were looking for a missing man near the barragem.

Just rung again, and he said, bless him, please ring back in a couple of hours when the dogs are still barking, as we have a dead body in Ourique to sort out

So we will.

Not sure if we stay up and drink more wine or go to bed and try and sleep 8-) 8-)

Sod's law, the darking bogs didn't start again - the odd bark is different - until 5.50am, no point ringing up then, people around here are getting up anyway  8-) 8-) 8-)

Got to my Mom and Dad's yesterday and there were two gift boxes on the table. One had my name on and the other was for my sister. I opened mine and there was the most beautiful Christmas bauble inside which my Aunty Dor has decorated. She's made six panels with the tiniest seed beads, all with a different snowman design on it, and attached them to the bauble. She told my Mom that each panel is made up of around 500 beads

I'm so touched that she took the time to make these for us!

Did someone mention Chri.......!?

Jo, I just did a quick bit of mental arithmetic and if each bead took a few seconds then each panel was nearly a full week of work - that's some dedication. I hope you will treasure that bauble, it sounds amazing. :D

Jo, that's really something to treasure :D xx

I'm all excited! Mick turns 60 in November (that's not the reason for my excitement :P ) and we've booked a weekend away together - three nights in Brixham in a lovely cottage here :Hi:
