Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 03 Nov 2019, 06:58

Good morning.

A nice 24 degrees forecast. :D 8-)

A long walk with my personal trainer then back for a final swim of the year. We don't cover the pool (I like to see the shimmery water when I look out from our bedroom  ) and according to Paul the poolman (hubby  ) the chlorinator, ozonator and some other word ending in 'or' has to be attended to tomorrow.

'Or' words, like words ending in 'ology', go way over my head.

Plan to chill out after yesterday's activities. But this could change. :P

Have a great day.

That sounds like a good day Ally.
It's a nice morning here, sunny and blue skies. Not 24c though!
Big Sunday dinner today, our children, partners, dogs and the toddler of mass destruction are turning up. So that will be a nice sociable day.
Have a good one everybody.

Morning Ally, Crommers and everyone

Dull, grey and mizzley, but still oddly warm

Been out already this morning, though I'd better get this granuloma sorted, so went to the doc this morning. She's also given me a rake of blood tests to have done    and then had to go and see the nurse.

She's put some silver nitrate on it, so it will go black and hopefully, drop off within a week. If not, it's back I go. No flu jab again, ring Thursday, see if they've got more. or I can get a prescription and go to the chemist.

We cover our pool Ally, as we lose too much water otherwise. As it's our own water, we need to conserve it as much as we can. Although I do agree, seeing the sun on the water and also when it's windy and rippley looks lovely. We had the cover off yesterday and I could see the ripples on the lounge ceiling :D

We had planned on a bbq for later, but seeing how the weather is not good, I'll make a pie.

Have fun with the family Crommers :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it looks pleasant enough out there and seems to be quite mild. Today we are bringing Michael and Kellie to the blessing of the graves, at their request! Apparently Kellie was singing a song yesterday about going to see her g/grandparents today  It’s good for them to know about their forbears though and nice that they are interested. We will walk up to collect them in about 30 minutes, it is so handy when everything is within walking distance. No other plan for the day.

Morning all......almost

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Enjoy family time Crommers, I always loved having all the family together for Sunday dinner.

Well done Becky, 5st is a fantastic achievement :D :D :D

Not a lot happening here, we didn't get to do the house yesterday so will probably give it a good going over later. Roast chicken with veggies for dinner, raspberry blancmange and jelly for pud.

Have a good day :D
