Good morning Tuesday

Postby Ally » 12 Nov 2019, 06:38

Good morning.

Forecast 22 degrees and sunny.

Classes 9 - 11 then usual coffee and pitufo. Today's will be cheese and bacon.

As it's only 5 weeks until we break up for the festive period I need to start writing my reports. Where is this term going?!

Home to Masterchef and 'something spicy with chicken' according to my personal chef.

Have a great day.

Good morning, the sun's shining at the moment but there are showers forecast for later this morning.

It's a day of decorating and, weather depending, dog walking and then tonight we're seeing Liam Gallagher at the NIA. Joe and his friend Zack are hitching a lift into Birmingham with us as they've got tickets too.

Have a good day all!

We have got a balmy high of 7 °C by midday, but there will not be any sunbathing going on as it is forecast to persist it down all day.

Got a mate coming round to help move furniture in prep for the new carpets on Thursday. I'll rip up the old carpet and take it to the tip.

Have the best day you can, everyone, and do keep warm.

Morning all :)

Sunny here too Ally, but flipping freezing :cute:  Five weeks?? Yikes!

Which room are you decorating Jo? 8-) :geek: *insert nosy smiley* ;) Enjoy the gig tonight xx

New carpets Frank? Nice :D

Well I have FINALLY managed to persuade Mick to get his dodgy knee looked at! It's been much worse lately, he was finding walking painful this weekend, and the leg is stiff. So he phoned the insurance people yesterday, and we're off to the Nuffield in Cheltenham this morning. I hope they can sort it for him. Then I'll go and see D, as usual on Tuesdays - I've missed her while we were away :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Good morning everybody.
The rain has been lashing down all night with strong winds. The forecast is it will stop later. Hope it does as we hope to go dancing tonight.
Having a quiet day inside before we go out tonight.

Have a good day everybody

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Hoping it lasts as I'm off to the hairdresser this morning. Intend to take the bus as I have prescriptions and a few other bits to pick up while I'm in town and it saves worrying about how much I've put in the machine at the car park. E's due a haircut so he plans to meet me later and if it stays like this we might have a little stroll at the harbour. Mind you, he's fast asleep at the moment so it will depend if he gets out of bed on time

Have a good day :D

Kaz, we're now on the downstairs living room. Three cream walls and one a dark teal. John painted the teal wall while I walked Bill this morning and I came home and stared and stared at it, dumbstruck. I've since had him put the blinds back up (it's the wall around the bay window) and having those back up seem to have toned it down a bit and I quite like it now. I think once I've been to Ikea and got matching cushion covers and a throw it'll look good.

Hope Mick gets on well!

Afternoon all. We took FiL to the hospital for his eyes examining. Good news is that they are stable atm. Bad news is he's lost his house key again.
I'm going to try and make MrsC put her feet up this afternoon.
Dobby the dog had a walk around Newmillerdam yesterday with his best friend Dexter but it was so muddy that Lee (son in law) had to put Dobby in the shower when they got back!
Usually they hose him down outside if necessary but it was so cold yesterday they couldn't.
Have a good day all.
