It was dry when I got up to see Joe off at 5.50 so I grabbed my torch and got all togged up in my scarf, woolly hat, big coat, ski mitts and wellies to take Billy though the woods....and as soon as we got around the corner it started to rain so we just did a quick loop of the estate and came home
I'll go and vote tonight when John comes home. Tom's gone to work, it's his last day in his placement today, and Joe started extra early so that he can get off just after lunch as he's driving straight from work and down to Cornwall. He's bringing Amanda back with him, they're leaving Falmouth on Saturday morning and staying overnight in Bristol before heading back on Sunday.
Well this is our last full day here and the sun is shining, planning a lazy day by the pool.
Goodness knows what we will get back to, our postal votes went off before we came away and although we do get UK news here, we've missed most of the election stuff. Probably too much to hope for, but it would be nice if the result lets people get back to normal life without all the arguments and bitterness.
