Good morning and I'd like to wish all my lovely VV friends a very happy Christmas.

We've been told a mini heatwave is hitting the Costa del Sol and to expect temps around 27 degrees.

After bacon rolls with the boys we'll be packing our rucksacks as we're off to Nerja until Saturday afternoon. We'll drop the boys off at their respective houses first.

A lovely, sunny morning. Always seems a bit weird to me, to have Christmas when the sun is shining

Ally, was chatting to my brother earlier and he said he's been getting 27C for the last few days. Also had a text from my daughter - at 6.30am

A lazy ish morning, then we're heading off to Jan and Joquinha's for a late lunch. I'm taking the desserts and also a potato dish. And a surprise present for them. Jan was admiring something Grumpy had made, so he's made her one

The quiet before the storm here. We're having eight people plus toddler and dog; should be interesting.
I'm looking forward to a large G and T this afternoon!

Happy Christmas everyone!

The turkey's in the oven, nothing else is done. John and Tom have just taken Billy for a walk while I get organised. Right now I'm about to wash my hair.

Joe's still to open his presents, he's not feeling well and has been sick in the night so is fast asleep on the sofa. It's not a hangover as he was in with us all day yesterday and only had a small bottle of beer last night.

My love and thoughts are with Kaz today xx

A quiet day for us, tomorrow it's the boys and the usual mayhem Only just had brekkie so Christmas dinner won't be until 5ish.
