Continued sunshine.

A quick run then an hour with Elsa and her exam preparation.

Conor stopped over last night, Jacob's coming over at 2pm and the 4 of us are going to Gambrinus for a long lazy lunch.

Conor will head back early evening to see the new year in with Lucia and her family.
Don, Jacob and I will go into town for 11.30pm as there is the usual midnight madness of the grapes and cava in the plaza at the town hall.

Jacob's then going to a house party and Don and I will wander home, have a Bailey's and hit the sack.

Stew making for me, once I've done the vacuuming and mopping of the floors. Just couldn't get the energy up for it yesterday

Off to Jan and Joquinha's this evening. They're doing a bbq and a suckling pit on a spit roast and also have karaoke Apparently her family are good singers. Sadly, I'm not

Morning all

Damp, dull and overcast here.

We're off to the cinema later, seeing Star Wars:The Rise of Skywalker, very excited. Afterwards we're booked in to Toby carvery for a very late lunch/early dinner. All made better with half price cinema tickets and 33% off the carvery. We always stay up to see the new year in, the bubbly's already in the fridge.

Morning all, it is a dull day here. Edward has gone to play golf, even though he has a cold - trust him, the only big social event of our Christmas/New Year is on Saturday night and he will probably be miserable I have plenty to do around the house and I also want to pop up to the gym and make an appointment for a manicure in their beauty salon, decided to treat myself for Saturday night. We rarely stay up to see in the New Year.
