Good Morning Tuesday

Postby JanB » 07 Jan 2020, 08:10

Morning everyone

Gorgeous sunrise again and that should warm us all up 8-)

Will get the vacuuming and mopping done after breakfast and then need to cut off the zillions of chillis :D Massive amount this year :D

Gentle pootling this afternoon and basking in the sun 8-) although it gets a little too hot to sit out in :o

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Jan and Cruiser. You've reminded me Cruiser, my car tax is due at the end of the month and then it's due a service.
If you sat outside here Jan you'd need your overcoat and a woolly hat!
Just waiting for the arrival of daughter, Eliza and Dobby the happy hound.
Not much on apart from that.
Have a good day all.

Good morning all, it's just started to rain here and looks so gloomy, it's very mild though. I think we're forecast 13c today.

I've had a long walk with Billy and then popped into town for some bread. I intend to do the post-Christmas tidy up today, now that I've got the house to myself.

Have a good day all!

Morning all, it is dull here and rather windy, but mild and due to be very mild as the day goes on. I’m doing stuff around the house, and then meeting two school friends for lunch at 12.30.....that could go on for a while  Edward has gone to play golf.

Morning all (just if I type this fast!) :D

Jan, we can only dream of warm here; although as Jo says it really is very mild for this time of year. 12 max and overnight low of 7!!!

Cruiser and Crommers good luck with your respective cars and Crommers hope Eliza and Dobby behave :)
Osc, enjoy the lunch
Jo, I still have a few bits and pieces to sort then I'll declare my home tidy; it's stuff I've packed away in bags to get them out the way and it's one of those jobs I just never seem to get round to doing. But determined to have them all sorted and done with by the end of this weekend.

A usual usual for me - quite nice really. Said friend yesterday ended up coming home so my services weren't needed. She's now waiting for a call from the hospital to confirm a time and date for a scan; apparently it's an urgent appointment but can still take weeks to get. Does make things a bit frustrating.

Nothing exciting to report this end; have a lovely day everyone (and now it's just gone noon - obviously not typing fast enough)

Afternoon everyone :)

It's weird weather here, unseasonably mild - 13°C out of the wind, but the wind is very cold!

Too hot to sit out in Jan - you poor thing :P

Hope all the car bits get sorted, Cruiser and Crommers :)

Jo, I did mine Sunday evening, it was nice to have the house back to "normal" :D

Hope your lunch went well Osc ;)

Fingers crossed that your friend will be seen soon, Ria xx

Happy birthday to Z, Jen xx

Usual sort of Tuesday here, town then lunch with D :)

Love to all xx

We might be 17C or more during the day, but we're down to 2 or 3 at night
