It's a full body fitness regime and requires quite a level of shoulder-arm-hip-leg co-ordination with good posture. It is not as easy as it looks and you can do some real joint and muscle damage if you get out of sync.

Only stopped because the weekly walk clashed with my now fav Aquafit, great workout though!! And do-able in all weathers and terrains
And because you are 'propelled' by the poles, you move so flippin' fast, but without really noticing!!
