Good morning all. It’s not a bad day although quite windy. We are off out shopping, several things to get including a new strainer type plug for the kitchen as the rubber has perished on the present one. Also a few things to get in Boots. We’re going soon to avoid the Saturday crowds.

Good morning all, it's grey and windy here.

I walked Bill first thing, we were back before 8, and John had to take his car into the dealers for some kind of update to be done on the system. Joe's in Falmouth and Tom's left for Ashbourne so it's just us and the furry one this weekend.

I need to call into Tesco for some steak for our dinner, can do that on the way to see my parents after lunch.

Belting down here Again Flood warnings for parts of the Severn, and a lot of surface water about Been to SW, lost most of my Christmas weight, thankfully No B today, as she's working. Currently having a cuppa in Corretto's and watching people scurry past under umbrellas and hoods! Off to see D soon.

Sorry was awol, blasted laptop wouldn't/couldn't connect to the wifi. I did all the things I normally do, asked Denny to help, he did what he knew and nada, zilch

Went to the computer shop and closed

Kept trying, but nothing

Denny and Andy did a really good job and we are so pleased with the result. Yes, it's cost more than the new bedroom but both of them said it's the first time they've fitted them and kept their winter woolies on, it's been a bitter wind

Went down to the bar, to see if we have any post - nothing for two weeks - and congratulate the new grandfather and came back to have internet
