Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 20 Jan 2020, 07:18

Good morning.

Bit meh looking today....shock horror!

Off for a long stomp then back to get ready and go visit Jacob. :D :D

He's asked us over to lunch. :D

We'll stop by a post office somewhere along the way home as it's a holiday in our town and everything is closed.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Lovely and sunny this morning, no wind - bliss - but a bit chilly.

Confused Ally :? :? If everything is shut, because of holidays, why stop at a post office?

Houseworkery day today. Washing machine on and the vacuum will be out for it's weekly tour of the house later.

Grumpy feeling a bit off this morning, thinks he was wandering around the house in the early hours and he was feeling dizzy. But he's not sure :? Will keep an eye on him and if he's still feeling the same tomorrow, will go and see the doc, as she has an open appointment afternoon.

Will do a stew later and we're having roast pork for dinner :D :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all. Shocked and stunned here at the downturn in the Iberian climate! Has the temperature plummeted to 18c Ally?! I hope Grumpy is OK Jan.
We're going shopping too Cruiser, for a TV for the father in law. Don't they make big tellies these days? Fifty inch screens and all sorts.
Sergio, bless him, has made us some vegetarian pasta so we'll have that this evening.
Bright and chilly here again. Have a good day all.

Jan...no need to be confused. :D

It's only our town that has a fiesta today as it's our saint's day. San Juan.

As everywhere else is open we'll stop at a different post office in a different area on the way home from Málaga.

Morning all, it is a beautiful sunny but cold winter day here, the views out to sea are gorgeous. Gym this morning and ironing this afternoon - I am out a lot of tomorrow so want to keep the ironing up to date. No golf for Edward as the course is closed due to frost.

Good morning all, it's sunny, cold and frosty here.

I had a lovely long walk with Billy and he came home clean for a change seeing as the mud has frozen  I'm now waiting for an Amazon delivery. The app is saying that it's still not left the delivery depot in Stoke yet I've just had a notification to say it's six stops away so I don't know which to believe, but I could do with knowing because I'm sitting here with wet hair which needs drying

Have a good day all x

Morning all :D

Nice and dry and the sun seems to be trying to come out.

Hope Grumpy is okay Jan.
It's ridiculous Crommers, some tv's are so big you'd need a mansion to fit them in.

Need to pop out for a few bits later, think I might need my ear muffs

Hope you all have a good day :D

hello all

Never quite sure how the time between Friday evening and Monday morning just goes by so so fast - if only we could slow the weekends down a bit.

Very nippy here this morning and conflicting reports about how cold tonight will be - local radio station says down to -5 but most forecast sites seem to stick to the 0 mark which is quite OK by me :D Although the crisp cold sunny days we had over the weekend were just amazing!

Hope Grumpy is OK Jan - that's a bit of a worry
Crommers, you should see the size of the TV some friends just bought - it's HUGE!!!!!

A usual work day for me but going past my friends this evening - she had a biopsy done today under GA this morning and as she lives on her own has asked if I could swing by after work and check everything is OK. I will need to bite my tongue as she's a very feeble patient and I don't have much patience for feebleness  :? - and she dithers, oh my goodness does she dither. So what should be a half hour (if that) in and out, I fear will turn into an hour visit sorting things. But then I may be pleasantly surprised :D See there's a reason I'm not a nurse - I'd not be very good at that at all!

Have a lovely rest of day everyone xxxx
