Morning Jan. It's a win win; if you need the rain and get it, good. If you don't and you get the sun, good.
It's been a busy couple of days around here. On Thursday night a car was chased out of Wakefield by armed police and overturned on Heath Common. The driver ran off into the nearby gypsy camp. The police helicopter was out with a searchlight looking for him. I haven't found out what it was all about yet, which is annoying.
MrsC's uncle Jim has a dog called Oggie. In the past Oggie has bitten Jim a few times and his brother George (Jud) at least once. This week it has chewed up FiL's pension card and bitten Jud again, this time quite badly. "Ooooh" says MrsC's auntie Violet, "it took us ages to stop it bleeding". Jud was not amused.
The clay pigeon shooters have been at it again. Strangely they seem to start early and finish early.
MrsC and her sis are off to their dad's now. I need a paper but all the shopping has been done so that's ok.
Pasta and gin tonight.
Have a good day all.
