Morning Ally, morning everyone

Forecast is sun, cloud and warm ish at 19C. Bit misty at the moment.

Grumpy to finish off the gates, doing the top bits. He's then got a list of staining and varnishing to do  I have ironing to do and then, if my back permits, some weeding. I'm going to be good and just do an hour or so each day. I'm okay if I sit down and do it 8-)

Chicken stir fry for dinner :D with chips

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all, it's a mild one here - we're forecast a high of 13 today, I didn't bother with my hat, scarf and gloves this morning when I walked Billy.

I'll be researching vacuum cleaners today. My Dyson isn't picking up so well now, I've cleaned it all out but it's no better. I can't complain though as it's given me 7 years of almost daily use. I'm thinking of another Dyson Animal as I've had Dysons for the last 25 years and I'm only on my third (and this one was only bought when we had Billy to deal with his hair, my parents had the old non-Animal one off us and it's still in use) and they've all had a real hammering going through babies, toddlers, building work and Bill but there only seems to be one corded available now.

Have a good day all!

  This reminds me of when we lived in the UK and my cleaning lady asked me to get her some new vacuum bags.

I went to the stall at the market, the man asked what type of vacuum it was. I looked at him blankly and said....a red one!

The bloke shouted over to his mate. Oy, we've got a right one here!

Morning everyone and happy Friday

Ally enjoy those bacon rolls; I really fancy one now!
Jan, do take it easy - have you ever thought about getting a weed wand; so you burn the weeds vs pulling by hand? Can't remember if you'd mentioned them?
Cruiser enjoy your day
Jo, Karl and Nadine have just replaced their Miele Cat & Dog; it's now also a bag less vacuum cleaner. They also have a Dyson but Karl says the Miele is loads better (well it is new). I have the V8 Dyson animal as well as a very old regular Miele Cat & Dog and whilst the Dyson is great for a quick whizz around and I wouldn't want to be without it; I don't think it has the suction power quite like the "proper" vacuum cleaner.
Saundra - that made me giggle; and it's so the type of thing I'd do :D

Friday lunch today is Zizzi, so a nice mix of pizza or pasta to chose from. Then a relaxed evening at home. Lunch at a friends tomorrow and Sunday will be a lazy day at home

Have a lovely day all x

Get a rechargeable G Tech Air Ram, Jo! D has one and it's brilliant! My Dyson is on its last legs and I'm definitely getting a G Tech this time :D

Morning all. Out with Mick in the Quays, we've walked in as the car is in for MOT. Came via M&S in town, as I neeito pick up a pair of jeans for D, so we've done over two miles. If his knee holds out we'll walk home too - it's the longest walk he's done since having physio, but so far so good! :?

Have a good day everyone xxxx
