Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 02 Feb 2020, 07:38

Good morning.

If it's like yesterday we'll be at 27 degrees. :o 8-)

I was so busy yesterday I didn't get the chance to come in here.

A bike ride, Conor over, the Madrid footy derby , the rugby and a BBQ kept me away from here.

A good stompette this morning after my coffee and then will be found lazing by the pool with my book. I might even dangle my legs in the water.

DOI and Vera tonight. Perfect. :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Little misty in the valleys but the sun is out and we're hopefully going to have another warm day 8-)

Grumpy has the second coat to go on the twiddly top bits of the gate and I'll have a wander around the garden with my bucket and spikey thing, to dig up the weeds we don't want. I'll go into next doors field - Antonio, not prat face - and pull up the estevas that are near our fence.

A simple bbq later, don' normally do burgers and bangers, but the bangers are turkey and should be okay and the burgers are really thick, so won't dry out too much.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all, it's raining here

Not sure what we're doing today, it all depends on the weather, although I can't use that excuse to avoid the ironing.

Have a good day all.

Good morning.
02/02/2020 today! The same backwards as forwards.
We have a quiet day ahead. Sunday dinner and watching tv in a cosy house will just suit me today.
Outdoors looks pretty foul. Damp, cold and grey.
Never mind, spring is just around the corner!
We were going to go shopping this am but there was a big fire in Wakefield yesterday and some roads are still closed, so it can wait.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it’s a nice morning here. Edward wants to go to a hardware store, and on the way we’ll go to the graveyard to clear weeds off my parents’ grave. Back to knit and then Dancing with the Stars Ireland and Call the Midwife this evening.

Afternoon all :D

Another bright, sunny day here 8-)

Shame our sunshine doesn't come with your temperatures Ally.
Enjoy your BBQ Jan.
I can always find an excuse to avoid ironing Jo ;)
It's a quiet day for us too Crommers.
We have a big list of things to watch on the box this evening Osc, some will have to wait until tomorrow.

Roast chicken for dinner later. Raspberry blancmange and jelly for pud.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Jen, I was inspired by you and bought some blancmange a few weeks ago - I just need to get around to making it now!

Afternoon everyone :)

Having a nice quiet weekend here, nothing out of the normal routine. Catching up with some stuff on the box, lasagne for dinner later 8-)

Good evening everybody.

Went shopping at Aldi this morning. We usually go every week as they have products which we like as well as special offers.
After lunch did some gardening. Cut branches off two fir trees which have grown taller than the fence. Will cut them into small pieces and put them in the bin for garden refuse to be taken on Wednesday. Managed to miss the rain.
Had a phone call from grand-daughter this evening. She is coming up on Saturday with a friend. Going back on Sunay evening by train to Southampton.
Don't see her very often as she is teacing in Southampton now she has her degree in music. Will take her with us when we go dancing on Saturday evening
