Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunshine this morning, with a little haziness 8-)

After yesterdays shenanigans, it's good to have an internet, as I have to plan our trip to Evora. Got a months worth of post yesterday :cute: and a letter from Evora Hospital, for an appointment for Grumpy - on Monday at 9.30  Good job we went down the bar last night. Don't normally do that, but had had an early ish bbq, so decided on a coffee and brandy. Never made it that far   got stuck on the wine. And got an earache from some-one who doesn't normally talk to us. Dear me, what some people waffle on about

Need to ring Nelson later, tell him about t he not working strimmer. He wasn't in yesterday and I'm not sure his mum understood what I was saying.

Pootling day for me, resting the back. Grumpy will probably do the strimming after other bits and bobs.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Got to be fit for the retail therapy Ally! Good job you went to the bar Jan.
Misty and a little frosty here. In a while I'm dropping MrsC off at Lloyds bank so she can fix up an appointment to talk about the power of attorney, then she will do a little bit of shopping and we will meet up in Sainsbury's later.
Have a good day all.

Morning all

Yay - not 10am and I made it on here :D :D :D

Ally enjoy your Friday
Jan definitely good that you went to the bar - good luck for the appointment on Monday. And do take it easy today and rest your back
Crommers hope MrsC gets things sorted and you both can enjoy the day

Friday lunch today is Wagamama. And then off to Karl and Nadine this evening for roast dinner and I get to meet their new addition - soon to be 2 year old Coco. She's a rescue from Romania - Jack Russel Corgi mix with the longest ears ever :D

Have a lovely day everyone; the sun in shining and it's a glorious day here

Oh, and if the forecast is to be believed - batten down the hatches this weekend and make sure everything that needs to be tied down is tied down ;-) Storm Ciara is on her way - stay dry and warm

Good morning all, it's sunny here after a foggy start.

Up before 6 to see Joe off, he's going to Cornwall after work. Then it was time to download the new Green Day album to my iPod, it's released today and Amazon are delivering it later but they give you a download too, so I listened to that twice while walking Billy.

Tom's back after work and then he's off to Shannon's. She's taking him away for his birthday on Sunday, he's knows he's going away but not where. She's booked a hotel near to Bletchley Park (not sure it's really 'him', he's more of a city break person but she loves going there).

I've stripped Tom and Joe's beds so hopefully they'll dry on the line.

Ria, enjoy Wagamamas. I made my take on their chicken katsu curry for dinner last night.

Have a good day all!

It's one of the favourites of most people here, but a few are asking for more vegetarian options; so ordered a vegetable katsu curry as well as the chicken one (and also other things).

What do you put into your curry sauce?

Morning all. It is dull and windy here. Nothing special planned for the day, gym, then lunch in the cafe afterwards. No dancing this evening so I will be knitting and watching whatever we can find between regular tv, Netflix and Prime. Right, better tidy up before I go to the gym, Edward has gone to play golf.

I just buy the sauce sachets (Blue Dragon?), I do my own breaded chicken though

Morning all :)

Mick has the day off, so we're chilling out in Corretto's, having brunch - we've got a busy weekend ahead of us! Off to Staines in the morning to check in to the hotel at 12, Becky will get ready in our room, then walk the dogs up to her dad's, who lives ten minutes away, then walk back with Harry (fair swap  ) taxi to the church at 1.30, wedding at 2pm. We can't drop off the dogs before about 12.45 as Martin has a client.

Knowing my cousin and her family it will be a heck of a party afterwards  so Sunday will be nursing our hangovers (except for Mick, who doesn't drink any more) and travelling home 8-) Hoping Chris will join us for breakfast first - he couldn't make the wedding.

Crommers, I hope MrsC gets that sorted xx

*Waves to everyone* Have a good day xxxx
