I'm jiggered  Think an early night is on the cards.

The car isn't coming until tomorrow morning, so no worries.

I've had to escape upstairs. Tom's cooked some pasta and the sauce smells really horrible. It's a Dolmio one and I can smell it throughout the house, I've had the back door open for a while to try and clear it, I'm now sitting with the bedroom window open and my jumper pulled up over my nose so that I'm smelling fabric softener rather than the sauce.
He's cooked loads so that he can take some for work everyday so there are all of these boxes of it cooling in the kitchen.
I've always had a strong sense of smell.

Oh yuck, Jo! I remember B complaining the time I made tomato chutney! I thought it smelled lovely, but she said it was making her feel ill :?

I can't stand the smell of curry any more - not so much as it's cooking, but after it's been eaten. I open all the windows and get round with the Neutradol - it drives Mick and Becky spare

Kippers just have to be the worst. There is absolutely no way to restrict the smell to the kitchen. Even cooking them with the window and the outside door open and the inside door closed makes no difference. The smell gets in your hair and skin, your clothes, bedding, wallpaper, carpets, towels... and the pong lingers for days!

I came out of the shop today and sitting in the car, MrsC smiled at me.
