as long as the essentials arrived Saundra? Daft question, but do they know you are in the 'vulnerable' group so should have priority?

I would think you should be Saundra, def make sure they are aware xx

So Day 1 of our Self Isolation. Dog is ill, so we had to arrange a vet visit. They have a system whereby you have an appointment, ring when you get to the carpark and then the vet will come out and take your pet into the surgery and stay on the phone to you during the consultation. Tip has a sprained shoulder, so not as bad as we first thought (Tom was worried he may have a tumour, as one of our other dogs had similar symptoms). I also had my car at the garage up the road booked in for an MOT....dilemma as obv it needs the MOT but they were happy for me to take it up and leave the key. It's passed the MOT :D Paid over the phone and picked up later.

Tom has painted the garden fence, so it's looking ready for summer already. He is coughing but otherwise fine, I am fine! I feel crap that I can't go to work, especially as now I find out that we cannot see patients in store and are operating a 'locked door' policy, the other staff have been cancelling clinics for the next couple of weeks all day. I just feel like I could be there helping out....Tom's cough (we feel) is nothing COVID19 related. Sigh.

Ally I often have a break from social media, at the moment I think it's an excellent idea, it can get a bit full on at times :(

Keep well everyone xx

Evening everyone!

Sorry to be late, but I've had a really busy day. I walked up to Sainsbury's to collect D's filled prescriptions, and got her a few other bits. Plenty of food in there, if anything the fruit and veg section was fuller than usual! Then the long walk up to D's from there - I am totally avoiding buses - to drop them off, then home. Well over 4 miles in total.

This afternoon I've been trying to keep Harry's spirits up - he was sent home from work with a high temp and feeling ill. NHS 111 have told him to self-isolate for two weeks :( We were video calling for quite a while. This evening has been interesting, as I've done a Pilates class with our teacher Tina (Steph's) maternity cover, via Zoom! It worked quite well, and I feel more relaxed for the stretching 8-)

Can I please ask for some VV vibes for Harry? Thanks all.

xxxx
