If I have room after Larry the Lamb goes in tomorrow. Was told not to put it in the freezer until then. All nicely cut up, legs, cutlets, costeletas, liver.

Big bowl of my version of coleslaw / Caesar salad followed by pancakes with maple syrup.

Os, you'd like the coleslaw / salad, it's almost 30% raw cabbage and the sultanas are soaked for weeks in voddy.

WM, people used to do that with gin. Soak berries or raisins in gin for weeks before eating them. It is said to have anti-inflammatory properties.
