Lamb anyone?

Oh yum!! We normally get a half cow. We have had pork before, but lamb seems to be hard to get hold of under the table.

A huge amount of lamb cutlets and what we call costeletas, which is the double cutlet, I suppose. The back legs are enormous One of those will do us for a few days

For what we paid and for it all to be cut up beautifully, well worth it.

Lambs liver anyone??
