Morning Saundra, Kaz and everyone

Thick fog this morning, so we also had coffee in bed, reading. The forecast is for sun and showers, but warm 8-)

Off out later :Hi: :Hi: Only down to the bin and to do my weekly recycling, but will be nice to drive the car. And I might even see other people

Garden too wet for weeding, we had a lovely thunderstorm yesterday, so will read, have another look at that jigsaw, pick some broad beans for dinner and generally do not a lot.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody,
Never have breakfast in bed. Last tie was about 40 years ago when I had a severe bout of flu. I like to sit at the table with a place mat.

It rained heavily on Friday night and I saw lots of lightning but did not hear any thunder.
It is cloudy now and cooler than yesterday. Just pootling again. Went for paper and milk in the car to local Tesco as it opens at 6.00 a.m.
Have a good day everybody.

A nice morning here, not as warm as yesterday though. MrsC is pegging the washing out in the back garden.
Not a lot on, as the actress said to the bishop.
Chicken for dinner. Our daughter has an Asda delivery for Tuesday so she's said we can order some things on that. Our daughter's birthday is tomorrow, Eliza's in on Thursday and Lee's (son in law) is the week after.
I'll say one thing, we're not spending much.I've put some petrol in the car on Friday and it was the first I've bought for four weeks!
Have a good day all.

Morning all, and Happy Easter. It is a dull drizzly day here, not too cold though. No plan for the day, lamb for dinner with Viennetta for dessert. It’s strange not seeing family today, but it is what it is. Enjoy your day everyone.

It is strange, Osc :( ((x))

We could do with a bit of rain Cruiser, the ground is so hard here - difficult to believe we had flooding so recently :?

Crommers, that made me giggle - got to love a Yorkshireman's grip on his wallet :D  xx

Morning all, Happy Easter :D

Another bright sunny day 8-)

Well as you can see, we've had a nice lie in. Absolutely nothing planned, will be cooking a roast chicken dinner later. It's Strawberry blancmange with blackcurrant jelly for pud.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Hi everyone, sunny but cooler here today. It's my brother's birthday today, he's 76  I tried to arrange a family online chat last night but my nephew has come to the rescue and organised it for me, we're 'meeting' at 3pm via Zoom. Hope it works ok!!

I've done a bit of ironing today and got a couple of board games out of the loft, Trivial Pursuit and a DVD version....there's only the two of us but it might work. Tom's never played it before so that'll be fun!!! Tom has cut the grass and weeded the paths, looks very smart.

Have a good Easter Day all, and don't eat TOO much chocolate!!! ;)
