Just fab news Osc!!! :D :D :D :D

Well we have just had a drive to Hardwick Park, a few miles in the car and had a walk around the lake. Not been out in the car in weeks so it was a nice change, and different scenery Downside is, after my five miles yesterday, I only did one and a half today....ah well, I can get back on the longer walk tomorrow - did I mention I had copied a few CDs on to my computer, transferred them to my phone and can now listen to music on my walks!? I have never done this before - I'm either with Tom, and we chat, or I'm out shopping and need to concentrate, so it's the first time I've ever used my iTunes app! I am back in love all over again with Alanis Morissette and her 95 album Jagged Little Pill....given it's such a long time since I listened to it, I surprised myself by remembering (almost) all the words!!!

Tom went to Lidl again today....I've not been inside a shop since March 19th! And probs for the best - he said a woman gave him her trolley this morning, and he took it! No antibac wipes or hand sanitizer I made sure he washed his hands thoroughly when he got back!!

Jen that is another job I keep putting off.....oh dear :(

Good evening everybody.

It has been another sunny day but with a cold wind.
Good news Osc.
Had the skip delivered this morning. It is on the flags at the front of the house. This means I can still park the car on the drive.
Have already put some soil and rubbish in. It was in bags in the garage. Will be putting more clay soil in tomorrow and Thursday.

Went to the bank this afternoon. Wanted customers to use cash machine outside. I said I wanted to transfer money between out two accounts. Also wanted money including some fivers and ministatements. After some discussion I was allowed into the bank and served by one of the cahiers who I know. Got what i wanted.
Will not be going to the bank for at least two weeks as payments are now by credit or debit card.
Have got a refund for the coach travel which we had booked to go on the cruise on 1st May 2020. Waiting for the refund for the cruise.
