Hi everyone :)

Well we went to 'visit' the grandkids this morning..... stayed in the garden....they came out to play but no closer than the 2 metres. It was much harder though than seeing them on FaceTime, I was in bits when we left. So I don't think I'll do that again in a hurry.

It started out grey here but the sun quickly burned back, and it's gorgeous atm! I've Facetimed my sister while drinking a coffee in the garden - she thought we could pretend we'd gone out for a coffee, as we often do, pre lockdown. Other than that, we have done not a lot. Didn't even get out of bed till 10. Unheard of!

Family quiz on Zoom tomorrow! I do look forward to that!

Tom got flour for us yesterday - at the local wholesaler butcher! At least it means I could bake something nice, we also got honey yesterday as we had run out, In the village newsagents! I'm starting to need toiletries and cleaning stuff so I may go to Home Bargains or something on Monday, Tom's going back to work next week (and the week after as well likely) - he's thrilled and tbh so am I!! Where are people managing to buy plants? I'd love to get some and plant my tubs up - May next week so should be ok!

Gal, I got some of mine from the Co-op, some pansies, geranium plugs from Crocusclub.com, and a lovely day lily from a box of freebies, outside a neighbour's front gate 8-)

Oh, and I got a mint plant, and a parsley plant from the produce section of Sainsbury's - the little pots to put on your windowsill grow well outside, I've done that for several years now ;)
