Now MrsC and her sister will have less demands on them and can get a bit of their lives back.

Yes, we passed muster, Meriad, (a relief! ), and the afternoon tea went down well, Saundra - proper strawberries, scones, strawberry jam, creme fraiche for a mock cream topping, real tea rather than a couple of teabags (had to find the strainer! ), and Ossie's famous rock cakes (the less burnt ones .... )

Yes Saundra but there's no rush. We have to get everything out but we will probably use a house clearance firm.

There is stuff to arrange, stopping this or that payment, final meter readings etc, but these things are nothing.
It is a massive relief for us all.
