Excellent news Suff, so pleased for you! And Berlin, when you do get there, is a lovely city - could think of many worse places to be working ;-)

Well done Suff.

Our son who for a Japanese company in the mobile phone industry. Had a phone call from him to say his contract has been renewed till 2020. He was chairman of a video
meeting with 60 other people. He works from a small office in Maidstone. Has noticed the traffic has increased over the last few weeks.

Thanks again all.

Ria, it is possible I might have to go into the office in Jan although they are not expecting much. They have agreed to pay expenses for travel so they are not really expecting much of it. Expenses are few and far between today.

Because of their divestment I may wind up in Paris more than Berlin.

Berlin is an interesting place for me because I have been there twice before. The first time was 1977 and we went into the East for a trip as well as driving through the corridor to get there through checkpoints Alpha and Bravo. When there I go to see Spandau Kasserne where Hess was being held. It is gone now.

The second time was with the TA on summer camp and I was literally there for 4 hours. That was 1992. I really didn't see much so I am looking forward to going.
