Two for the price of one

At the beginning of July I decided to buy a new printer. As I do not need colour decided to have a black laser printer adifferent make. Also cost of replacement colour cartridges
is high.
It was delivered day after I ordered it. Tried to set it up but could not print envelopes. This is a seperate maunual feed.
After phone calls to the supplier, they said phone the manufacturer. Had two long phone calls when they were telling me what to do. But still could not print
envelopes.
So they said they would send a new replacement. Sent an email to say it was coming from Holland. Despatched on Thursday, arrived the following Tuesday.
Expected to send the original back. Firm I got it from said No i could keep it.
So have given it to the son of a friend who services printers.
The new printer is bigger than the previous one. But it does not throw the paper out afterprinting.
