Any-one heard from Ally?

I'm here!! She and I have swapped shifts LOL - time for Ally a little break and me to pop back in after a mini break from the boards....anyone miss me??

So I didn't sleep well at all last night. Was so tired after walking over 21k steps yesterday (how??) and was dozing on the couch at 10pm so I went to bed and was fast asleep by 10.30 then something woke me at half twelve and that was it, wide awake! I lay for a good hour trying to get back over but nothing worked and I felt hot (eek!) but in the end I grabbed my phone with the elibrary on it and read until 4ish! And THEN I did manage a couple of hours...I should be tired but I'm not.

Tom was back from the caravan by 10 (he took both dogs up on Friday, I didn't go because we are there for a week from next weekend) so after he'd had a quick cuppa we drove down to Hartlepool marina and had a flat white (my new fave drink) and a fruit scone, and while the sun was out by then it was too windy to sit outside, so we just came home again. He obv brought lots of washing back so I'm on doing that now....at least everything is drying well!!

Vibes for E Jen - I hope he isn't in too much pain x
