Apparently you do, but they didn't give me one Debih, so dont really know what will happen. My two colleagues I went with have one. I didn't know anything about it, until I sat down at home and read through the leaflet and that mentioned it. I text the two colleagues and they both have one but I dont.

I’m sure you won’t be the only one MM. Just make a note if the date you had your first one so you can tell them when you go back.

They should have noted the batch number on your notes in case there is a problem.

I get the impression from family friends and neighbours (about 12) who have had their first jab is that the 12 week gap has narrowed quite a bit to maybe seven to eight weeks. That sounds like good news. Five of them are going back in the 28 day period.

We’ve already made all our second appointments for the end of March. Not sure I can face cancelling and rebooking them all again

Master O had his first Pfizer jab on Boxing Day and his second jab around 12th January, roughly three weeks apart.
That may have to be read in the context that Eastbourne Hospital where he works is currently one of the top 5 hospitals for admitting Covid patients in the South East .... :(

Doreen was due for her second Jab on Wednesday, but got a letter on Saturday, postponing it until March.

My Dad had his first on Saturday and hasn’t even been given a date to go back for his second.

It seems like a bit of a postcode lottery. I know people who have had both jabs or are about to get their second at about the 3-4 week period and a few others who are set to get their second with a seven to eight week gap. I do not know of anyone having to wait 12 weeks.
