She's fine now, thanks Saundra. Yes I can see how that might happen. On a selfish note, I hope I'm not stuck in until Sunday, or beyond, when I think it's highly likely to be negative now

Doreen is fine, but getting a bit lonely - I normally see her every day.

Our Friday treat for the last few months has been ordering in dinner from the pub next door. Because we live next door, they plate it up for us and deliver it! Tonight I had gluten free fish and chips with mushy peas and Edward had regular fish and chips - very tasty. They also sell nice pastries and we decided to have a couple this evening, so I popped in during the afternoon to buy them. The young woman behind the counter said she would bring in the dinner, and told me the owner had said to give us a bottle of wine - normally you have to spend €50 to get the freebie! I think he appreciates our support, and of course, you all know what alcoholics we are :lol:

Kaz our Practice Managers wife woke up yesterday with a headache and sore throat. Had a drive through at 1.30 and positive result this morning. Today she feels fine though.
