Great customer service

There is a company over here called The Casual Company, I’ve never bought from them before but I saw a cardi/jackety thing I liked the look of and ordered it the other day. After I paid, I noticed a 10% off first purchase offer which I hadn’t seen. Yesterday I got a ‘Welcome to the Casual Company’ email, saying I could reply if I had any problems. So I replied saying I missed the offer and could I use it the next time. Within a short time, I had an email asking for my order number, sent it on, and have been refunded the amount! All done with friendly emails. I just hope the item is nice when I receive it

That is good of them. But equally bet they're very pleased to have a lovely customer; that they were happy to help.

I had an ex colleague who was just terrible.... if she ordered something and then later found a discount code for said item and the company wasn't going to honour it (and why should they if it's a few weeks later?); she'd get so rude that they often just caved. Or she'd come up with some 'fault' of the item - return it for full price and then order a new one with the discount.
