Grey and windy start although we are forecast sun later. And warmth, hopefully

Off to Ourique later, need salt for the pool, post office to collect something - no idea what, just had the card in the letter box. Then the joy that is Pingo. Pit stop for coffee and back to watch more Olympics and head into the pool as well. BBQ later, so will sort out what do have for that this morning too.

The local children, about nine of them between the ages of seven to 13, are already out on the green running, playing 'tig' laughing, screaming and shouting. I am sooo jealous.

I was still asleep when you woke up Saundra
Factor 50 in this house too, not taking any risks after E's melanoma.

Cinema for us this afternoon, seeing The Suicide Squad, love Margot Robbie, really looking forward to it. Not sure how busy it will be, the film is 15+ so we shouldn't be surrounded by lots of children, often a problem in the summer holidays.

We'll be glued to the box watching the Olympics when we get back, very exciting our youngest competitor, only 13yrs old, has won a Bronze medal. More Golds and Silvers too
