Good morning all. Grey and a bit chilly here today. I'm doing fine thanks Jan, trying to set up a routine in my head so the risk of me doing anything daft is minimised. One thing I have noticed is that I get tired in the afternoon, there is a big drop off in my energy. Yesterday I went to bed and napped for an hour. I need to organise a bit of bodywork for the car today but that's about it. Have a good day all.

Bill’s had his walk and we were back in good time to see Joe, he’s back at college today. He’s sort of been told that he’ll be in for three full days but will find out more today, but he starts his HNC this year so I expect it’ll mean more college work.
Up at silly o'clock as I have my annual appointment for the diabetic eye test this morning. The venue changes every time and this one isn't on a bus route. I can't drive after the eye drops so will have to call a taxi, bit of a nuisance really. Been meaning to get out in the garden, it needs a good tidy and weeding. Planning to get some of it done when I get back.
Morning all, it was damp and drizzly earlier, but the sun is making an effort now. I’ve just been to Miss Osc’s office to drop up some packets to her - the postman brings them here if it’s early before she gets in. Off to the gym shortly, then various things to be done around the house when I get back. Edward has gone to play golf.
I've been out nearly all day - a cuppa with Emma this morning at Starbucks on the retail park, then up to see D. I helped her cut some branches off a small tree, then cut them up into little pieces for the garden bin. Pilates tonight! Oh and a bit of excitement at the B&M next to Starbucks, we were wandering round when the fire alarms went off! At first we thought it was just a test, but then it ramped up with an automated evacuation message, so we put our baskets down and left. I thought I smelled smoke as we waited outside, but as nothing was happening we went to The Range instead I did hear fire engines on my way up to D's a while later.
